Randy Williams Randy Williams, managing director for Integra Realty Resources, was named president of the International Right of Way Association.
Williams has supported and worked with the association for many years. Integra Realty has also been involved in supporting the association’s efforts. Williams has worked in the real estate industry since 1977. Within the industry he specializes in appraisal reviews and management and real estate banking.

IRWA is a Gardena, CA-based not-for-profit group of right of way professionals that include acquisition agents, appraisers, environment professionals, engineers, lawyers and property managers.
